How It All Begins

JF Self Defense was founded together by Jeffery Fleury and his elder son, Ryan. We believe that the current martial arts systems presented gaps in addressing threats of various nature. We want to contribute and play our part in providing an avenue to those who want to learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Every martial art has its strengths and weaknesses. Some arts are primarily focused on the use of legs, and some on hands, etc. We have built an independent school who take pride in providing our community with the very best combination of fitness and martial arts classes, led by world-class instructors, within a modern, clean facility
and fun family-friendly environment.

Personal Training

We understand that to be ready in a short period of time require knowledge, planning, and dedicated physical preparation. Hence, we help you in your quest by taking care of the physical aspect of your training. Our experienced personal trainers will provide systematic and science-based approaches to refine desired fitness techniques (be it sprints or distances or agility). They will monitor progress and train you to be in your best required shape physically whilst you stay injury free.

GROUP CLASSES

Kick your system into high gear with this fast-paced, high-intensity workout. In this group workout, we’ll use a combination of body weight and equipment to put you through your paces. You’ll use your body’s natural movement patterns to perform exercises with high repetitions that’ll get your heart rate up and increase your cardio endurance. We’ll show you how to increase and decrease the complexity and intensity of each movement according to your fitness level and experience.
